General Terms and Conditions

We love our RAINKISS (B2B) customers and are always happy to share the RAINKISS love with new customers and stores!

Below you will find our general terms and conditions:

1. Minimum order quantity:
   For new customers, the minimum order quantity is 20 pieces. For any reorders the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. We recommend a healthy mix of styles to represent RAINKISS in the best way possible.
2. Suggested retail price
   Products or goods purchased from RAINKISS are only sold on the basis of a recommended retail price. In the event that a Wholesale customer chooses to offer the products or goods at a discount, the Wholesale customer will not give a discount that is higher than 10% below the recommended
   retail price. Permission for special sales events, with more than 10% discount by the Wholesale customer, must be requested in writing from info@rainkiss.com for approval.
3. Wholesale prices:
   Prices must be quoted in the local currency. All authorized retailers receive a 60% discount on the suggested retail price, plus shipping costs. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Returns
   In the event of a return, please contact the RAINKISS headquarters within 3 days of receipt of goods with your invoice number and reason for return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and delivery instructions from RAINKISS. Shipping costs are at the expense of the Wholesale Customer. Contact us at info@rainkiss.com

6. Shipping:
   The shipping costs are € 0,- (free shipping) for an order above € / U$D 1000,-.
   For orders under € / U$D 1000,- shipping costs will be charged:
   - Europe: € 15,-
   - Rest of the world: € 20,-
7. Delivery Window
   Please allow a minimum of 3-7 days delivery time after placing your order for completing orders. If there are different delivery times, we will confirm this by e-mail. Larger orders may take more time before they are shipped; please contact info@rainkiss.com for further information on deliveries.
8. Re-orders
   Out-of-stock products are placed in backorder and displayed on your invoice. If ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order, they will be sent in the same delivery. If you want to cancel a backorder or don't want any backorders, please let us know via mail: info@rainkss.com. Backorders will be shipped under the same conditions as described in shipping section above.
9. Sale of marketplaces by third parties
   All rainkiss customers must agree that goods are only sold through their own channels, offline and/or offline (own webshop or stores). Sales through third parties such as marketplaces, private sales etc... is not permitted, unless the customer has agreed this with RAINKISS.
